Job Description:
The successful incumbent for this role will have extensive design, implementation and use of load balancers, firewalls, routers/switches, Fortinet, Cisco, HP, and excellent documentation skills.
F5 - Load Balancers / Application Delivery Controllers
HP - Switches and routers
Fortinet - Gateway and security appliances
Citrix - Netscaler
Ideally, you are a mast in all that is HP insofar as Switches and Routers are concerned.
A high degree of network administration experience is required for this position. Reporting directly to top level management, the successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of his/her projects, so will have excellent project management and coordination skills, the ability to independently prepare and agree project plans and to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget.
In depth administration / engineering experience on network related products, including an in depth understanding of routing protocols BGP, OSPF, TCP, SSL, TLS, and in-depth working knowledge of application layer protocols including HTTP, SSH, SSL, and DNS.
